Delivery & Returns

Renkhoe Jordan items arrive within 3-5 business days in Australia and 5-7 days internationally. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your purchase within 28 days for a free exchange or refund. Made-to-order and pre-order garments take about 5-6 weeks to dispatch but don’t delay other items. You’ll be notified when these items are ready to ship. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days if products are returned in perfect condition with the invoice to our Sydney store. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
