Made-to-order and pre-order garments take about 5-6 weeks to dispatch but don’t delay other items. You’ll be notified when these items are ready to ship. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days if products are returned in perfect condition with the invoice to our Sydney store. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

All Renkhoe Jordan ready-to-wear and made-to-order garments preserve their quality longer when cared for correctly. We recommend dry-cleaning tailored trousers, sports coats, outerwear, and suits sparingly—ideally once or twice per season, or as needed. Between cleanings, gently brush your garments and treat any stains with a cotton cloth and warm water. Proper storage will also significantly improve their longevity.
